Product Description

Mouse discs with one side clean removal adhesive. Measures 3/4" diameter by 0.002" thick. Pressure sensitive tapes using a skived and tensilized PTFE film that is coated with high temperature silicone adhesive. The tensilized film provides higher tensile strength, lower elongation and higher dielectric strength than regular skived film. These tapes are used primarily in electrical applications such as coil wraps and separators, transformer, slot liners and harness wrapping where good insulation and heat resistance are needed. They are also used in mechanical applications requiring high temperature resistance and good release properties such as aerospace composites. Backing material: PTFE film. Film thickness: 0.002". Adhesive system: silicone. Adhesive thickness: 0.0015". Adhesion (oz/in): 25 - ASTM-D 1000. Tensile strength (psi min): 11000 - ASTM-D 3759. Elongation (percent): 100 - ASTM-D 3759. Dielectric strength (volts/mil): 4000 - ASTM-D 149. Maximum operating temperature (degree F): -100 to 500 degree F. U.L. Approval: approved - flame retardant cold resistant - File no. E179854. Govt. specification: pass - AA-59474-type-1, superseding 23594C type 1.
